During a Twitch live stream with former Neversoft designer Andy Gentile, Hawk stated that Pro Skater 3+4 was real until Vicarious Visions merged with Activision Blizzard. Following the immense success of Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2, Vicarious Visions was planning on giving Pro Staker 3 and 4 the remaster treatment as well, but Activision pulled the plug.
